HELP US TEST THE SPACE

We don’t have the exact dates just yet, but it will be happening this spring. If you’d like to join us and help put our coworking & coliving space to the test, fill in the form to secure your spot. You’ll be among the first to hear about the exact dates.
Accommodation will be free during this opening event. If you feel like contributing in any way, it will be very welcome and will go directly towards improving the space.
By leaving your email, you agree that we may contact you to respond to your request and inform you if spots become available or if there are new opportunities at La Toza.

BOOKING

Who is La Toza for?

La Toza is for people with their own projects or remote jobs who want to spend some time in a village in Valle del Jerte, sharing spaces and everyday life with other residents and people from the village.

It’s a good fit if you’re looking for a real rural environment, need reliable wifi and are open to living with others. Also if you understand that La Toza is a young project, still growing and evolving.

It may not be for you if you’re looking for a tourist-style stay, urban services or a closed, pre-packaged experience.

Prices and stays

Stays are designed to be long enough for you to become part of the coliving and village life, with a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 2 months.

You can stay in a private or shared room, depending on your preference and availability.

Prices include accommodation, use of shared spaces and wifi. There are no extra charges for using the washing machine, towels or bed linen. Food is not included.

For up-to-date rates, the best option is to write to us and tell us about your stay idea.

How to book?

Bookings are not automatic. To request a spot, tell us your approximate dates and the type of stay you’re interested in.

We’ll get back to you personally to confirm availability and see if it’s a good fit before finalising the reservation.

How does La Toza work?

La Toza is a small coliving in a small village. You’ll share your stay with a group of around 6 to 10 residents and become one more neighbour among the 300 people who live here.

Everyone has their room (single or shared), along with shared common areas. We also have an open coworking space for people who need a place to work but are not staying at La Toza, which helps create connections with people from the area.

We sometimes propose activities such as forest bathing — a great way to reconnect — but most things happen naturally, depending on the moment and the people who are around. There are no fixed schedules or closed programmes. The rhythm comes from everyday life and the coliving itself.

Food

Sharing meals is an important part of living together here. That’s why we usually cook together in the evenings. Anyone is welcome to join the shared dinners, as long as the people living in the house agree at that time.

Food is not included in the price, but we organise a shared fund to keep the kitchen stocked and make shopping easy.

The journey to Cabrero

Getting to Cabrero is very easy. From Madrid or Seville, you can take a train to Plasencia and then continue by bus or taxi. We help connect residents or locals to share travel costs if needed.

Payments and cancellation policy

A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This amount is used to cover the nights of the first week of your stay.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days in advance, with a 90% refund of the deposit. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable, as those dates are reserved for the coliving.

If an exceptional situation arises, each case is reviewed individually through direct communication.
