A FAMILY PROJECT

OUR ROOTS

Years ago, a house began to fall silent, losing the buzz of everyday life, quietly wearing down. It had been the grandparents’ home and the village butcher shop — both a residence and a workplace. It was a meeting place where people didn’t just come to buy, but also to chat and connect.

But not all was lost. A mother and daughter, bound by their love for their roots and a desire to build a future, decided to restore its heartbeat. Not just the house, but also the entrepreneurial spirit that had always lived there.

La Toza — that old worktable where the meat was once cut — became a symbol of this transformation. Today it is a gathering point, a place for creation and momentum. It bridges generations, revives traditional knowledge, and adapts to the new times: a space where tradition and innovation join forces to bring something bigger to life.

This is how La Toza was born: with the strength of what has been passed down and the energy of what is yet to come.
