WORK & SLOW
CHERRY TREE VALLEY
Cabrero, Extremadura, Spain
Dates: May and June
La Toza Coworking & Coliving
Address: Paseo del Canchal 27, Cabrero 10616. Cáceres, Spain
Slow Living: Rest, Connect, and Recharge
During cherry season, the village has its own rhythm: locals spend long hours working in the fields, harvesting cherries, and tending the orchards.
At La Toza, we embrace a slow rhythm that allows you to work effectively without feeling rushed.
Mornings are designed for focus and productivity — dedicated coworking spaces, fast WiFi, and quiet corners help you get your work done.
Afternoons and evenings are for slowing down:
Take forest baths to reconnect with nature and clear your mind
- Walk along scenic nature trails in the surrounding valley
- Relax in natural pools and streams to unwind and refresh
- Enjoy the cherry orchards and quiet corners of the village
This balance helps you stay productive while recharging your energy, connecting with your surroundings and with other remote workers in a calm, supportive environment.
We believe that working remotely doesn’t have to mean working all the time — La Toza is a place to focus, unwind, and enjoy the rhythm of life in the village.

Food & shared meals
Breakfast and lunch are flexible and self-managed. Dinners are shared experiences — homemade meals, cooked and enjoyed together.
To organise them, we collect a common fund of 20 euros/day/person to keep the kitchen stocked and make shopping easy. Cabrero has only a small local shop with basic products, so most groceries are purchased in a nearby town to ensure variety and quality.
Payment of this fund serves as confirmation of your reservation and is non-refundable.
